Due to client demand BIZAL now provides a specialist recruitment process for our clients as part of our sales development services.

Sales Personnel

Research has shown that 80% of products and services are sold by 20% of sales people and hence building the right team is essential.

BIZAL currently provides on average only 2 CV's for every position filled this is done by:

• Establish proof of earnings (POE) to ensure the prospective candidate is achieving sales targets
• Obtaining client, supplier and industry references
• Using the BIZAL Network to find the most appropriate candidates

We also include as part of the service:

• 0.5 days training for all new sales personnel provide by BIZAL
• Free commission plan analysis and report
• Deferred or monthly payment plan
