Partner Programmes

Due to major changes in the market BIZAL have developed Internal and External "Partner Programs" to increase margins and generate new and/ or incremental business.

Internal Partner Program

Industry figures show that it is 7 times more cost-effective to sell to an existing client than it is to win a new customer. It is therefore vitally important to retain the client and provides a cost-effective sales opportunity to sell additional products and/ or services. To assist in this process BIZAL has develop the "Internal Partner Program" to enhance revenues from existing clients. Most companies offer a service or solution that would enable extra sales to be made with associated products and services that are currently not supplied by your own company. This provides to 2 options to increase the profit from the existing client base:

  • Develop extra products and services within the company
  • Partner with a "Best of Breed" Company that specializes in selling those products/ and or services.

BIZAL provides a partner program including SLA's, contracts etc. for companies that wish to add incremental value to their existing client base without costly internal investment. This enables companies to keep their vertical niche and not devalue to core skills by having a more diverse product / services base.

External Partner Program

The external partner program is designed to assist companies in setting up and delivering a Value Added Reseller "VAR" channel. BIZAL can provide a full tailored solution to your requirements or can provide advice on specific sections of this program including:

    SLA, Contracts
  • VAR Pricing/ Remuneration

Maximizing VAR sales methodologies

BIZAL can also assist companies who are targeting new accounts and wish to sell through an existing supplier to your suspect/ prospect on a deal by deal basis.
