The bad news is: To facilitate this we require a high level
of involvement and interaction from our clients. A typical example
of our project process is:
1. Requirements gathering
To ensure that BIZAL are fully prepared for every campaign,
we carry out a detailed requirements gathering process. This
allows us to build a detailed project plan, working specification
and financial model. We provide this service free of charge.
2. Business Requirements
BIZAL will communicate with you to establish your business
requirements. Typically these may be:
- To develop and deliver an effective telesales project, contacting
target companies/organisations, gathering pertinent information,
contacting Decision Makers and procuring new sales leads or opportunities
- Contact pertinent decision makers, establish interest and
procure permission to send marketing information – building relationships
where possible to help maximise effectiveness of marketing materials
or future campaigns
- Increase the number of qualified opportunities
- Establish a database of prospect-profiled customers
- Identify the ROI of telesales lead generation services
- To be able to use the data collected for future targeted
marketing campaigns
- Increase/decrease the number of qualified leads as required
- To maximise the efficiency of the field sales team i.e. not
use them as a very expensive telesales resource
3. Project Process
Based on information gathered, BIZAL will typically provide
the above business benefits by undertaking the following scope
of works:
- Produce a working project plan to include timeframes, objectives
and sales/financial targets
- Deploy CRM system to manage contacts, recording all necessary
information, to monitor/report ongoing progress and to control
all follow up call requirements
- Acquire target data and integrate into CRM system
- Liase with the client to attain the product/company knowledge
necessary to carry out calls in conversational, friendly and
knowledgeable manner
- Develop sales pitch and knowledgebase, test and liase with
the client on an ongoing basis
- Screen all new contacts against BTPS register (legal requirement)
- Identify relevant contacts, decision makers and influencers
- Deliver effective sales call to prospects – developing interest
and gaining the appropriate commitment at the earliest opportunity
- Measure and report on all responses and prospect/client activity
on a daily/weekly basis
- Export data to the client in their preferred format on daily/weekly
basis
4. Staffing and Training
Our staff are fully trained based on the working specification
defined in the requirements gathering stage. This ensures that
all contacts are handled efficiently, professionally and that
our staff appear as part of your organisation at all times. To
facilitate this BIZAL uses the following business model.
- Ensure that the person/team has actively engaged with the
client to get a first hand briefing
- Do not use any automated call handling systems i.e. predictive
diallers, Screen pops and prohibitive scripts
- Have understood all Unique Selling Points (USP's), Target
Market User Profile (TMUP) Comfort Factor statements and common
objection handling
- Have a minimum of two people trained on the above to allow
for holidays cover
